We landed in Albuquerque, NM to visit friends and were immediately surprised by the temperature outside. From inside The View, outside looks no different.  It’s definitely sunny here.  But once you fling open that door–whoo!, grab the winter coats!  We were having such a fantastic time in the sun we forgot what cold means for RV livin’.  Alex has emptied out our water tanks, made sure we are plugged in, and considered winterising us for our stay here.  Oh! and we checked for wine to avoid an explosion (see first blog post!).  It stressful worrying about all of these little things so we are coming up with a plan!

For the moment, we are going to can our idea of heading north to Colorado and visiting some of the National Parks on our bucket list.  We need warmth, simplicity, …the beach (or at minimum a stream, river, or pool).

Next stop: any warm place in Arizona.  Ideas welcome! Send us a message: theviewfromtheview@gmail.com
